Cold and dry pallet storage space is available for rent in Port Coquitlam. There is 1,000 sqft of cold storage available (~71 pallets) and 2,500 sqft of dry storage space available (~179 pallets). A minimum of either 30 cold storage pallets or 60 dry storage pallets is required. The dry storage pallet rate is $35 per pallet, cold storage is $75. Please see the minimum rate for pricing below.

Ceiling clearance height is 25 ft for dry storage and 18 ft for cold. There is shared access to one truck-level dock that fits a 53ft trailer and one drive-in door. Shared office space is available at an additional cost.

Pallet storage is the only permitted usage of the space. The space is available if this posting is up; please send a message with a contact number if interested.
